Program

NuAura text messages. When you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, NuAura sends messages related to your inquiry and our work together: replies to your questions, follow-ups, appointment reminders, project and service updates, and time-sensitive instructions. Messages are sent through Relay, our lead management platform.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text messaging consent box on a NuAura form and submitting your phone number, or by texting us first and asking to hear back by text. The box is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of purchase — you can work with us without agreeing to texts.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. To start again, reply START or opt in on our form.

Carriers

Supported on major US carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
