Privacy Policy

NuAura (“NuAura,” “we,” “us”) is a web design, development and marketing studio based in Austin, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through nuauraco.net, our contact forms and our text messaging program, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, business name and anything you write in a message when you fill out a form, email us, or text us.
- Text messaging consent — whether you agreed to receive text messages, and when and where you gave that consent.
- Message records — the texts and emails we exchange with you, including opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) requests.
- Basic technical data — standard information our hosting provider records when you visit, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about your project.
- To send the text messages you agreed to receive: replies to your inquiry, follow-ups, appointment reminders, service updates and time-sensitive instructions about work we are doing for you.
- To provide, manage and support the services you buy from us.
- To keep records of consent and opt-outs, and to meet legal obligations.
We send and manage messages using Relay, our lead management platform, and trusted service providers that deliver texts and emails on our behalf. They may only use your information to provide that service to us.
Mobile information is never shared or sold
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes only the service providers that deliver our messages, who may use it solely to provide that service.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers as described above, or when required by law.
Your choices
- Stop texts — reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Get help — reply HELP, or email hello@nuauraco.net.
- Access or delete — email us to ask for a copy of your information or to have it deleted, and we will respond within 30 days.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (https) connections and access limited to people who need it. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete it.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes to how we handle text messaging data will not apply to consent you already gave without asking you again.
